I’m a real estate investor and entrepreneur from Portland, Oregon who loves golf and building multiple streams of income anywhere I can. I bought my first investment property when I was 21 and didn’t use a dime of my own money! It was a 4 plex and has cashflowed nicely from day one. My focus is helping people integrate the 3 important prongs of any business. Without these prongs, true success simply will either be extremely difficult...or never come at all! How a 2,000 year old proverb can lead to your success

Do this for me for a sec…

Close your eyes and picture the world as it was 2,000 years ago.  What does it look like?  How was the world different back then and how much has the world changed since then?

It’s like it’s a different world, huh?

Well, there is one thing that I learned from an ancient proverb that shows just how simple life is even with all of the “complications” of today’s world.

Yes, even with our cell phones, all of this money, new technologies emerging everyday, when you break it down to the essence of living, of human life, of success, whatever success is to you… nothing has changed at all!

An ancient proverb reflects the whole theme of the last few “Self Improvement Tips of the Week”.

All hard work brings  a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty“  Proverbs 14:23

Even 2,000 years ago before the world was complicated and the abundance of information paralyzed people into never taking action… people still had an extremely difficult time actually getting going and taking ACTION!
