How to keep your mind active
Keeping our minds active as we get older should be just as important as keeping a healthy diet and our bodies active. It is a well known fact that a preventative measure against Alzheimer’s disease is keeping our minds active ( http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8292945/) and some examples include doing crossword puzzles and playing brain challenging board games.

There is a new board game in town called Rategy. Although mind challenging, it is a very simple game to learn. Its advantage over other board games such as Chess and Checkers, is that the number of pieces on the board stay constant, so you never know who is going to win, till right at the end.

The game Rategy keeps you thinking and on your toes till the last move. So why not give it a go. Its food for your brain and best of all its free.
