Miyoshi writes character - driven fantasy films delving between reality and illusion. A recipient of Bill Cosby’s screenwriting fellowship at the University of Southern California-School of Cinema Television; she graduated from Northwestern University in Communications - Radio/TV/Film. Four screenplays have been recognized as finalist and semi-finalists in ABC’s Scholarship/Grant Program, AFI/Maui Writers’ International Screenwriting Competition, the Organization of Black Screenwriters’ Storyteller.
