When searching for a more healthy and energetic body, you must not only turn to the foods that you eat. You must ensure that your cells that make up your body are healthy, as they are the foundation of a healthy body.

What determines what makes your cells healthy you ask?

The answer to that is the environment in which the cells live in, which is your bloodstream. If this environment is properly maintained, then you’re going to have health. On the other hand, if it isn’t maintained and instead is polluted, then the cells in your body will be weakened and so will you as a whole.  Now in order for you to sustain your circulatory system so that it remains healthy and non-polluted, you must realize and hence utilize the powerful effect of breath as your control button. Not just normal breathing, but Deep Breathing. The effect of Deep Breathing ‘exercises’ is that it cleanses your circulatory system, gives oxygen to your cells and also controls the flow of lymph fluid. In a quick summary, Lymph fluid is made up of white blood cells that protect your whole body and cleanse the cells. Lymph fluid literally surrounds every single cell in your body, and when I say cleanses your cells, I mean it takes care of getting rid of toxins and dead cells in your body. Now your breath acts as a pump and activates this lymph system of cleaning. The only way lymph fluid can move around is through Deep Breathing and Muscular Movement – we will be focusing on Deep Breathing –.

One basic Deep Breathing technique to undertake is to breathe in deeply for 4seconds, hold breath in for 16 seconds, and breathe out slowly for 8 seconds. Just simply do 10 reps of this, 3 sets a day to ensure a healthy and clean circulatory system.

Deep breathing is one of the quickest and easiest ways to help your body cleanse itself, as it quickens the cleansing process by 15 times its normal pace. It can be done anywhere and at virtually any time. There are SO many health benefits for this extremely easy and simple task.
